The house is available for rental from mid May to mid October with mid July to the end of August being the most heavily booked due to the summer school holidays. Many believe the island to be at its best either side of this period.

Prices - 2025
Low Season: Up to to the end of the second week of June; and last week of September and October - House alone = £3,825 per week - House & Bothy = £4,500 per week
Mid Season: Third week of June to end of first week of July; last week of August to end of third week of September - House alone = £5,100 per week - House & Bothy = £6,000 per week
High Season: second week July to end of third week of August - House alone = £6,375 per week - House & Bothy = £7,500 per week
